Tender summary
Im Zuge des Umbaus des bestehenden TIGAS-Bürogebäudes („Sillzwickl“) wird die gesamte Elektroinstallation im Erdgeschoß sowie im ersten Obergeschoß erneuert. Sämtliche elektrischen Anlagen werden dabei auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik gebracht und an die künftigen Nutzungsanforderungen angepasst. Gleichzeitig wird das Gebäude um ein zweites und drittes Obergeschoß in Holzbauweise aufgestockt, wodurch zusätzliche Büroflächen auf nachhaltige und ressourcenschonende Weise geschaffen werden.
