<p><strong>General Information<!--TgQPHd|[]--></strong><br /> This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.&nbsp;<!--TgQPHd|[]--></p> <p><strong>Requirement<!--TgQPHd|[]--></strong><br /> The USDA Forest Service Fenn Ranger Station, Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest has a requirement fo Janitorial Services. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at Government-owned facilities for the Fenn Ranger Station in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor&rsquo;s workforce shall perform all services associated with general janitorial cleaning duties listed in the technical requirements.<strong> </strong></p> <p><!--TgQPHd|[]--><strong>Scope of Work<!--TgQPHd|[]--></strong><br /> Services are required for seven (7) Government-owned facilities:<!--TgQPHd|[]--></p> <ul> <li><strong>Year-Round (5 Buildings):<!--TgQPHd|[]--></strong> Admin Office, Assessment Office, Fire Office, Visitor Center, and Cookhouse.<!--TgQPHd|[]--><!--TgQPHd|[]--></li> <li><strong>Bi-Annual (2 Buildings):<!--TgQPHd|[]--></strong> Fenn Bunkhouse and Cedar Flats Dormitory.<!--TgQPHd|[]--><!--TgQPHd|[]--></li> <!--TgQPHd|[]--> </ul> <p><strong>Work Hours<!--TgQPHd|[]--></strong><!--TgQPHd|[]--></p> <ul> <li><strong>Standard Window:<!--TgQPHd|[]--></strong> 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Monday &ndash; Friday).<!--TgQPHd|[]--><!--TgQPHd|[]--></li> <li><strong>Exclusions:<!--TgQPHd|[]--></strong> Federal Holidays (unless coordinated).<!--TgQPHd|[]--><!--TgQPHd|[]--></li> <!--TgQPHd|[]--> </ul> <p><!--TgQPHd|[]--><!--TgQPHd|[]--></p> <p><strong>Award Type</strong></p> <p>It is anticipated that a firm-fixed priced service contract consisting of one (1) 12 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.&nbsp; The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years</p> <p>See attachments for details&nbsp;</p> <ul><!--TgQPHd|[]--> </ul> <p><!--TgQPHd|[]--></p> <p><!--TgQPHd|[]--></p>
