The solicitation closing date is extended to 4-7-2026. -KwH</p> <p></p> <p>This procurement is for grounds maintenance and pest control in accordance with this request for quotation (RFQ) and the statement of work (SOW). Supplier quotations will be provided in three separate documents sent to Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size.</p> <p>The three parts, as separate documents, are: <br /> 1) Technical Quotation <br /> a) A brief explanation of offeror’s ability to satisfy the statement of work and prior experience. <br /> 2) Pricing in Excel spreadsheet attached to this solicitation, and<br /> 3) Signed copy of 70B03C26Q00000091 (Block 17 and Block 30 of Page 1, SF 1449).</p> <p>Period of Performance<br /> Base: June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 (Months 01-12)<br /> Option: June 1, 2027 through May 31, 2028 (Months 13-24)</p> <p><br /> In order to document compliance with FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), your quotation response must include your organization's unique entity identifier (UEI) from www.SAM.gov.</p> <p>The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. The offeror’s initial proposal should contain the offeror’s best price and delivery, plus include a complete and concise technical quotation.</p> <p>Award will be made via Best Value Trade Off. Award may be made to other than the lowest priced offer. Award may be made to other than the best technically evaluated offer.</p> <p>Please provide your quotation by April 21, 2026 at 3 PM MST.</p>
