<p>In accordance with 38 U.S.C &sect; 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this procurement is set aside for SDVOSBs.</p> <p>The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel, and shall do all things<br /> necessary, that will result in the completion of the Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC), EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades<br /> Tier 2 constructions project, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings and all pertinent solicitation<br /> documents.</p> <p>This project is located at:<br /> Chillicothe VAMC<br /> 17273 State Route 104<br /> Chillicothe, Ohio 45601-5753</p> <p>VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.<br /> NAICS Code 236220 and PSC Code Y1DA - <strong>The PSC has been revised since the posting of the Pre-Solicitaiton.</strong></p> <p>Contractor is required to fill in Unique Identifier in Block No. 14 on Standard Form (SF) 1442.</p> <p>PLEASE NOTE: The Contractor agrees to attend any Post Award Conference convened by the contracting activity or contract&nbsp;administration office in order to ensure congruent expectations on contract requirements.<br /> Any reference in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties outside of the one year warranty<br /> period in accordance with FAR 52.246-21 Warranty of Construction shall be omitted and not considered for<br /> development of the proposal.</p> <p>A site visit has been scheduled. Attending the site visit is not mandatory in order to submit a proposal for this<br /> project; please be sure to refer to information within this solicitation for further details. While attendance is not<br /> required, all potential offerors, subcontractors, and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend this site visit.</p>
