<p>The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) /Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Point 3D, Inc. (Commercial and Government Entity Code: 7NT03), 1454 Knopp Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084-1617 United States.<br /> The proposed contract action is for the acquisition of a subscription for brand name, commercial-off-the-shelf, sole source Bloom software support renewal for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard &amp; Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The period of performance (PoP) is April 30, 2026 through April 29, 2027, plus one, one-year option period.<br /> At this time, Point 3D, Inc., is the only source capable of providing all necessary products.<br /> The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who believe they can provide this service must indicate their interest in writing within 7 days of this notification and include a detailed capability statement. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided. All responsible sources will be considered in evaluating the determination to issue a sole-source contract. Quotations received in response to this notice cannot be accepted since this synopsis cannot be considered a request for quote or a request for proposal. A solicitation will NOT be posted to SAM.gov due to the sole source nature of the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.<br /> The North American Classification System (NAICS) code 513210 will be used for determining company size status.</p>
