<p><strong>Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition</strong></p> <p>The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Veterans Heath Administration (VHA) that is expiring in <strong>Clifton Park, NY</strong>.</p> <p>This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement.</p> <p>This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
