<p>The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO)/PS8322, located at Building 3600, 2300 East Drive, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois 62225-5406 is issuing this notice of intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government&rsquo;s intent to execute a sole source award under Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 6.</p> <p>The intended contractor is American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN), located at 15049 Conference Center Drive, Suite 600, Chantilly, Virginia 20151-3824.</p> <p>DISA IE26 requires annual subscriptions for Legacy Internet Protocol legacy IPv4 number Assignments/IPv6 number assignments and Allocations and for the continued use of the legacy IPv4 and&nbsp;IPv6 Internet number resources. ARIN is the sole source supplier of the Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs); IP Assignment (IP); and IP Allocation (ISP).</p> <p>This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to RFO Part 12 and RFO Part 6.103-1(d). A limited source rationale will be used to cover this requirement and will be posted with the Request for Quote.</p> <p>At this time, the incumbent contractor ARIN is the only source capable of providing all necessary services providing all necessary support.</p> <p>The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 519290, Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services.
