<p>The&nbsp;U.S. Army, Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole-source service contract for Steris Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) 1000-ARD Calibration and Certification to support the operations of the Chemical Biology Center-DPG pursuant to&nbsp;10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)<strong><em> </em></strong>and&nbsp;in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary Overhaul FAR 6.103-1 and FAR 12.102(a)&nbsp;to:</p> <p><strong>STERIS Corporation, 5960 Heisley Road, Mentor, OH 44060-1834</strong>&nbsp;<br /> <strong>UEI: UGGQJGGH6846&nbsp;<br /> CAGE: 0NWN1</strong></p> <p>The objective of this sole source award is to procure&nbsp;preventative maintenance, calibration and repair services for two (2) STERIS model ARD-120 Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) 1000 sterilizer units.&nbsp;The required services include annual inspection, cleaning, preventative maintenance, parts replacement, system calibration, and the issuance of a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable certification. STERIS Corporation&nbsp;utilizes proprietary diagnostic software to perform the system calibration and is only available to STERIS-certified technicians. <strong>Please see attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source W911S626STERIS for additional minimum capability.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ).
