The solicitation number is 1605C2-26-R-00004 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).</p> <p>The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611513.</p> <p>The Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of The Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Apprenticeship</p> <p>(OA) has a requirement for Growing Quality Registered Apprenticeship Programs Through Industry Intermediaries as defined in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP).</p> <p></p> <p>The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option periods.</p> <p>Proposals received after this date and time will be considered late and will not be considered for evaluation. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government.</p> <p>All proposals must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, [if applicable] and All proposal must follows the Instructions , Conditions, and Notices to Bidders.</p> <p>This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
