<p><strong>25 March 2026 - Please see answers to Q&amp;As submitted.</strong></p> <p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for TacMed Manikins (Brand Name or Equivalent).&nbsp; This is a notice that this order is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.&nbsp; Only quotes submitted by 100% Small Business Set-aside&#39;s holding NAICS Code 339999 and the size standard is 550 employees will be accepted by the government.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Please respond to this RFQ by emailing both contacts with your responses to: Jack Caniglia (Primary Contact) at jack.caniglia.3@us.af.mil or SSgt Gabriel Melton (Secondary Contact) at gabriel.melton@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 A.M. CST, Wednesday, 8 April 2026 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any and all questions will be due by 10:00am. CST, &nbsp;Wednesday, 25 March 2026</strong>. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. <u>The contractor must submit a specification sheet and pictures with their quote!</u></p> <p><strong>Notice to Offeror. </strong>Notice&nbsp;to&nbsp;Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right&nbsp;to&nbsp;cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.</p> <p></p>
