<p>Catering Meals at Fort Barfoot, VA.&nbsp; 3,250 Breakfast, 3,250 Dinner Meals over a 13-day period in May, 2026. See SOW within DD Form 1449.</p> <p>Offerors are advised to refer to the Statement of Work (SOW), paragraphs 2 and 4, which define the Government&rsquo;s requirements. In summary:</p> <p>Meals shall be delivered either:</p> <p>In bulk (e.g., mermites or trays) apportioned by unit as identified (A, B, C, HHT, D CO IAW with SOW para c), or</p> <p>As individually packaged meals (e.g., approximately 250 to-go trays)</p> <p>Delivery will be made to designated buildings on Fort Barfoot (specific locations to be provided) and from there the Government will distribute meals to personnel.&nbsp;</p> <p>When providing bulk meals, the contractor shall furnish all required disposable service items (e.g., plates, utensils, cups, napkins. Reference para l of SOW)</p> <p>The Government will not prescribe the contractor&rsquo;s specific method of performance, provided the requirements of the SOW are met.</p> <p>Vendors must have a valid NIST assessment completed to be considered for evaluation and award, in accordance with FAR provision 252.204-7019</p>
