Unit shall include, at a minimum, the following features:</p> <ul> <li>Steam heating coil</li> <li>DX cooling coil</li> <li>Hot gas reheat (dehumidification) coil</li> <li>Horizontal airflow configuration</li> <li>Discharge air temperature control</li> <li>Minimum 2&rdquo; MERV 8 filtration</li> <li>Supply fans with variable frequency drives (VFDs)</li> <li>Backdraft dampers</li> <li>Integral control components as provided by manufacturer</li> <li>Stainless steel drain pan and corrosion-resistant coil casing</li> <li>Coated coils for durability</li> <li>460V / 3-phase power configuration</li> <li>ETL (or equivalent) certification</li> </ul> <p><strong>General Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Unit shall be factory-assembled and tested</li> <li>Equipment shall be suitable for outdoor rooftop installation</li> <li>All internal refrigerant piping shall be factory installed</li> <li>Manufacturer shall provide standard warranty and documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Exclusions (by others):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Installation, rigging, and setting</li> <li>Steam piping, valves, and external connections</li> <li>Controls integration and BMS tie-in</li> <li>Electrical wiring and field connections</li> <li>Curb and external isolation components</li> </ul> <p><strong>Offerors shall provide pricing, estimated lead time, and country of origin with their quotation.
