Tender summary
<p>The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a direct award to<br /> Commemorative Air Force (CAF), 5661 Mariner Drive, Dallas, Texas 75237-<br /> 4728 (SAM UEI: RR3MM8ZLJSA8) for Flight Line Services.<br /> The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Flight Line Service Detachment (FLSD)<br /> provides high quality smoke & engine oil services. The aerobatic smoke oil<br /> and engine oil are transported on base from/to Harlingen by the<br /> contractor. These fluids are used during aerobatic displays to highlight<br /> plumes, maneuvers with white or colored smoke to enhance the displays.<br /> It's safe for performances because it provides better visibility of the<br /> aircrafts. The Flight Line carries a wide range of fluids to support large<br /> events such our airshows and they bring in their own equipment to pump<br /> the fluids into the aircrafts. The vendor is local, and pricing is cheaper to<br /> haul the oils to Randoph from an instate vendor than an out of state<br /> vendor.<br /> This notice is not a request for quotations/proposals or an invitation for<br /> bids and no solicitation is available.<br /> The Government intends to procure from only one source under the<br /> authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i),<br /> Soliciting from a single source.<br /> Interested organizations may submit clear and convincing evidence to<br /> support their ability to provide the needed performance services in writing<br /> to davion.blanks@us.af.mil and jermayne.gordon@us.af.mil.no later than<br /> 10:00 am (CST), 3 April 2026.<br /> The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If<br /> parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and<br /> submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this<br /> announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not<br /> be reimbursed by the Government.</p> <p>Please see attached Statment Of Work.</p>
