Summary
Dans le cadre du projet Iot@, Belnet exploite depuis 2010 une fibre noire vers le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, qui s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une collaboration entre les NREN Belnet, DFN, RENATER et RESTENA. Le contrat de la fibre noire existante prendra fin le 30/09/2026 et Belnet souhaite conclure un nouveau contrat via ce marché public pour la fourniture d'une paire de fibres noires et leur maintenance, afin de continuer à garantir la continuité de service. La fibre noire relie les points suivants : Point A : passage frontalier à Sterpenich, parking E25, regard Sofico Point B : LuxConnect DC1, 202, Z.A.E. Wolser F, L-3290 Bettembourg La distance à vol d'oiseau entre les deux points est d'environ 21,2 kilomètres. Durée : Belnet souhaite conclure un contrat pour une période de 10 ans. En outre, une période supplémentaire est prévue afin d'aligner la fin du contrat sur la fin de l'accord de coopération existant entre Belnet et la Région wallonne pour ses fibres dorsales (31/12/2037).
