Vitens besteedt Security Operations Center (SOC)-dienstverlening uit voor het 24/7 monitoren, detecteren, analyseren en escaleren van cybersecuritydreigingen binnen een hybride IT/OT-architectuur. De scope omvat o.a. loganalyse, use-case ontwikkeling, threat intelligence integratie, incident detection, triage en ondersteuning bij incident response, gebaseerd op data uit on-premise, cloud (o.a. Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) en OT-omgevingen (SCADA/PLC). De dienstverlening wordt uitgevoerd in een hybride model waarbij Vitens verantwoordelijk blijft voor incident response en de leverancier voor detectie, analyse en advisering. De opdracht start met een ‘as-is’ transitie en ontwikkelt zich naar een doorlopende optimalisatie van detectiecapaciteiten en security monitoring, gericht op reductie van false positives en verbetering van dreigingsdetectie. De SOC-dienstverlener opereert als integrale partner en draagt bij aan continue verbetering van de security maturity binnen een complexe, mission-critical infrastructuur.
