Size/Scale: Medium Works iii. Requirements for phasing and/or staged handover of the Project: No staging required; works to be coordinated within a live school environment. iv. Description of the site including conditions, known constraints: Works within an operational school with limited access, requiring management of noise, safety, and disruption. Potential for unknown conditions due to existing building fabric. v. Limitations/special requirements: Temporary weather protection required. Asbestos-containing materials (soffits) to be managed in accordance with regulations. vi. All applicable project specific details: Allowance for potential timber rot and coordination with school for temporary relocation of affected staff. vii.
