Tender summary

<p>The Savannah CRTC is in need of DFAC services for a period of 5 days from April 13th through 17th 2026.&nbsp; This is a one-time service for approximately 300 personnel.</p> <p>This is a non-personal services contract to provide full food service at the Savannah Combat Readiness and Training Center (CRTC). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.&nbsp; Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.</p> <p>The Savannah CRTC Dining Facility is a full-service dining facility to include carry out service, box meals, and catering to on-base locations during scheduled events. <strong><u>The Dining Facility will be operated for a period of five (5) days with the following breakout: 4/13/26 - Lunch and Dinner only, 4/14/26 - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, 4/15/26 - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, 4/16/26 - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, 4/17/26 &ndash; Breakfast only</u>. </strong>The contractor shall provide all personnel, uniforms, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform service as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.&nbsp; The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.</p>
