Amendment 0002: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the drawing request deadline from 20 February 2026 at 4:00 PM EST to 23 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT, extend the correspondence submission deadline from 12 March 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT to 26 March at 11:00 AM EDT, and extend the proposal submission deadline from 17 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT to 31 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to incorporate language related to the Revolutionary Far Overhaul. All other solicitation terms remain unchanged. Amendment 0004: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to incorporate a question received from industry, and the corresponding Government response. All other solicitation terms remain unchanged.
