<p>The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division in China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, intends to award a contract, on an other than full and open competition basis as a &nbsp;Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial contract to Daqscribe Solutions, LLC, 10 Inverness Drive East, Suite 125, Englewood, CO 80112, for the &nbsp;acquisition of Ethernet Recorders. &nbsp;</p> <p>2x: MDR8500-10XG-19T-ADSY1100-A - Ethernet Packet Capture and Record System</p> <p>1x: MDR8500-10XG-CO - One-Time system configuration and management fee</p> <p>1x: MDR8500-10XG-19T-ADSY1100N-A - Internal Hardware 5x: MDRv-38T-5 - Spare 38 TB Drives</p> <p>1x: DSS-72 - Software &nbsp;</p> <p>This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received by the Contracting Office no later than five business days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. &nbsp;</p> <p>The written response must reference solicitation number N6053026PR00414 and include a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm&rsquo;s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. &nbsp;</p> <p>The Government will consider all information received via email by the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. The deadline for receipt is 4:00 PM PST on April 6, 2026. &nbsp;</p> <p>Please note the following: &nbsp;</p> <p>A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
