<p>The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002 to Sikorsky, A Lockheed Martin Company, 6900 Main Street, P.O. Box 9731, Stratford, CT. 06615 for the procurement of four (4) DDSR retrofit kits and six (6) RIO 785D Kits.</p> <p>The proposed contract action(s) identified above are those for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”</p> <p>Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Jason Lockwood, Sikorsky Subcontracting Manager, at 203-225-3657.</p>
