Summary
The contract includes fixed services such as planing and salting roads in spring and autumn, and additional services as ordered such as snow clearing, other planing, gritting, taking up roads after winter, and trenching as needed. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition if there is a justifiable reason, e.g. if planned financing is withdrawn or lacks approval from political or military quarters.
