Price – maximum 60 points The bid with the lowest offered price for both elements of the criteria, i.e. both types of vehicles, receives the maximum number of points (60 points). Quality - maximum 40 points Quality refers to the number of new hybrid vehicles. Vehicles with a minimum Euro 6 standard may participate in the bidding and work process. The term "New hybrid vehicle" means a new hybrid bus, i.e. a hybrid bus manufactured in 2025 or later with first registration in 2025 or later. Number of "new hybrid vehicles" - maximum 40 points Hybrid vehicles, given the fact that these vehicles do not emit or emit very little greenhouse gases, which drastically reduces environmental pollution, will be weighted according to the point scale, for the number of new hybrid vehicles offered by the bidder. The term "New hybrid vehicle" means a new hybrid bus, i.e. a hybrid bus manufactured in 2025 or later with the first registration in 2025 or later. If the year of first registration and the year of production differ by more than one calendar year, the date of the first registration is taken as 31.12. of the year of production. Bid security By the deadline for submitting bids, a Bid security shall be submitted in the amount of 2% of the bid value, excluding VAT, with a clause that is irrevocable, unconditional, payable on first call and without the right to object, with a validity period of at least 90 days from the date of opening bids, i.e. until the expiration of the bid validity period, which guarantees that the bank will pay the total amount to the Contracting Authority upon receipt of the Contracting Authority's first written call and a statement stating that: - the bidder has amended, supplemented or withdrawn the bid during the bid validity period, without the consent of the Contracting Authority; - the bidder has not submitted evidence of compliance with the criteria for the qualitative selection of the economic entity in accordance with Article 119 of the Public Procurement Law; - the bidder, although aware of the fact that his bid was accepted by the Contracting Authority as the most favorable, refused to sign the contract, in accordance with the terms of the bid; - the bidder failed or refused to provide the required performance bond. The bid will be considered unacceptable if the bank guarantee does not contain all the elements listed above. The bid security will be returned to the bidder, after the conclusion of the contract, on the day of delivery of the performance bond.
