<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (For ease of reference a solicitation is attached hereto which includes all requirements, provisions and clauses. See the Attachment section of this notice.)</p> <p>This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 541513 with a size standard of $37,000,000.00. Please ensure System for Award Management (SAM) information includes the correct NAICS code and representations are up to date.</p> <p>The solicitation number is W91CRB-26-R-A014. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, intends to procure the following Commercial Non-Personal Services contract to provide General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) support services to the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command located on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.</p> <p>The Government anticipates the issuance of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of subject solicitation. The anticipated Period of Performance will be for a base year with four option years. A description of the requirement may be found in the Attachments Section of this combined synopsis/solicitation. All requirements, required provisions, clauses (e.g., 52.212-1; 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, etc.), addenda, instructions and evaluation factors may be found in the solicitation attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation.</p> <p>Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST on Friday, 03 April 2026 via email to Contract Specialist, Kristena Burleigh at kristena.m.burleigh.civ@army.mil and copied to the Contracting Officer, Heather M.
