This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested&nbsp;and a written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p> <p>This solicitation W50S8022QA004 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This&nbsp;acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions&nbsp;and clauses by reference.
