Pipe network:<br /> Refrigerant pipes made of seamless drawn copper from Cu-DHP, strength R220 soft according to<br /> EN 12735-1, cleaned inside, pipe ends sealed, with factory-fitted thermal insulation made of<br /> modified polyethylene according to DIN EN 14313 with structured white protective film. Building<br /> material class flame retardant CL s1 d0 according to DIN EN 13501-1, does not drip when burning,<br /> minimal smoke development. Permissible operating pressure 169 bar with 3-fold safety up to 100 &deg;C<br /> according to EN 14276.<br /> Installation of pipes in accordance with DIN EN 378-2 and DKI i.164, copper pipes in refrigeration<br /> and air conditioning technology. Brazing using silver or phosphorus solders in a protective gas<br /> atmosphere. Pressing with special press fittings for refrigerant-carrying pipes in accordance with<br /> DIN EN ISO 14903.<br /> <br /> Brazing is carried out using brazing alloys in accordance with DIN EN ISO 17672, recommended<br /> brazing alloys CuP 179 or CuP 279, if necessary, fluxes in accordance with DIN EN 1045 type<br /> FH10 must be used. For solders AG 134, AG 145, and AG 244, use flux in accordance with DIN<br /> EN 1045. Type: FH 10. Brazed joints may only be made by qualified personnel. Before and during<br /> the joining process by brazing or welding, the pipes must be flushed with dry protective gases, e.g.,<br /> inert gases (noble gases, nitrogen, and mixtures thereof) or forming gases (e.g., nitrogen-hydrogen,<br /> nitrogen-argon, etc., max. hydrogen content 4 vol.%). Since absolute cleanliness must be ensured<br /> in this complex pipe system, soldering is carried out under dry nitrogen.<br /> <br /> 4. Miscellaneous / Additional services, special services:<br /> - The pipe dimensions must be checked by the contractor and adjusted if necessary.<br /> - The contractor must adjust the system components so that the planned functions and<br /> performance are achieved and the legal requirements are met. The air volume flows must be<br /> adjusted in accordance with the calculated settings. Measured values must be documented.<br /> - The contractor shall provide one-time training for the operating and maintenance personnel for<br /> the system. Leading time for coordination: 2 weeks.<br /> - If necessary, the delivery and installation of special fastening structures, e.g., brackets and<br /> support frames is also part of this contract.<br /> - Delivery of the operating materials and media required for commissioning and trial operation,<br /> particularly the required refrigerant R 410A.</p> <p>5. As-built documentation<br /> As-built documentation, digital revision documents in German and English language including:<br /> - System diagrams.<br /> - General electrical diagrams and connection diagrams in accordance with DIN EN 61082-1</p> <p>&ldquo;Electrotechnical documentation &rdquo;<br /> - Compilation of the key technical data.<br /> - Copies of the required test and manufacturer certificates.<br /> - All operating and maintenance documents, required for safe and economical operation.<br /> - Protocol on the training of maintenance and operating personnel.</p> <p>FAR 52.225-5, Trade Agreements&ldquo;One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.</p>
