<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in <strong>FAR Subpart 12.6</strong>, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.</p> <p><strong>The Requirement:</strong><br /> The USDA Forest Service (FS), Idaho Panhandle National Forest, requires monthly routine maintenance and repair services for one (1) three-story hydraulic elevator. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, and materials necessary as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).</p> <p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).<br /> <strong>Period of Performance:</strong> One (1) Base Year with four (4) one-year Option Periods.</p> <p><strong>Submission Requirements</strong></p> <p>To be considered responsive, offerors must submit the following:</p> <ol> <li><strong>Price:</strong> Completed Schedule of Items for all years.</li> <li><strong>Technical Approach:</strong> <ul> <li>Brief narrative of maintenance steps for this specific hydraulic unit.</li> <li>Evidence of 60-minute on-site response time capability.</li> <li>Sample commercial inspection checklist.</li> <li>Confirmation of technician qualifications and background checks.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Past Performance:</strong> List of relevant contracts or references</li> <li>Completed form 1449 boxes 17a, 30a-c</li> </ol> <p><strong>Evaluation and Award</strong></p> <p>Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be the <strong>most advantageous</strong> to the Government, price and other factors considered. This is a <strong>Comparative Evaluation</strong> conducted IAW <strong>FAR 12.602</strong></p> <p><strong>See attachments for details </strong></p>
