These services will support children from birth through to the end of Year 1 of schooling. As New Zealand’s largest provider of Early Intervention Services, the Ministry aims to expand options for whānau by partnering with external specialists to deliver targeted, high‑quality support. The Panel will improve service availability and reduce wait times by enabling more flexible service delivery models. This is a non‑value, non‑volume panel, and no minimum level of business or funding is guaranteed. Please download the attached Advance Notice Document for further information.
