Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka systému sloužícího k prostorovému („spatial“) multiplexnímu zobrazování proteinových markerů ve tkáňových řezech (FFPE, fresh frozen) metodou simultánní vícebarevné fluorescenční detekce bez nutnosti cyklického barvení nebo stripování vzorku. Systém umožňuje paralelní fluorescenční detekci 15 a více proteinových markerů v jednom řezu při zachování morfologické informace pomocí brightfield zobrazování (např. H&E). Podrobně je dodávka popsána v Příloze č. 1 návrhu Kupní smlouvy - „Technické podmínky a technická specifikace nabízeného plnění“.
