Summary
RTE intends to launch the call for the execution of the electrical benchmark oriented engineering studies "Engineering Works" for the HVDC Voltage Sourced Converter (VSC) Converter System in symmetrical monopole configuration operating at nominal DC voltage of 320 kV composed of 2 (two) onshore converter stations with capacity of 1.2 GW (each connected to 400 kV AC substation) and initially of 1 (one) and finally 2 (two) offshore substations each composed of offshore converter platform and offshore converter station with capacity of 1.2 GW including the AC switch gear connected to the grid of an offshore wind farm. To obtain the best overview of the market solutions available, RTE will award the execution of "Electrical Engineering Works" to maximum 3 (three) organizations responding the criteria set up in the Invitation to Tender Documentation. For that purpose, this Contract Notice is composed of 3 identical lots. The selection criteria of the organizations for award of the lots will be represented in the Invitation to Tender documentation
