Tender summary
The Clones Community Hub and Public Realm – St. Tiarnach’s Quarter (STQ) Regeneration Project aims to revitalise the St. Tiarnach’s Quarter area of Clones. The project aims to address long standing deficits in community facilities and to transform the area into a vibrant, accessible, and sustainable community focal point. Key elements of the project include: • A new 1,100 m² Community Hub providing multi-purpose spaces for community groups, social enterprises, training, events, youth facilities, and cultural activities. • Public realm enhancements improving connectivity between St. Tiernach’s Park, the town centre, and the PEACE Link campus, with a focus on walkability, cycling, open space, and community interaction. • A comprehensive Regeneration Strategy and Action Plan that sets out a long term vision for revitalising the quarter, addressing dereliction, land use, landscape improvements, and phased development.
