Police require a supplier (or consortium) with appropriate solution expertise and a proven track record to deliver a high priority project (ERM Phase 1): • the upgrade of the current workforce management, HR, and payroll solutions, with UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) and SAP SuccessFactors (SF): Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), • the provision of solution improvements to existing SAP SF modules; Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB) and Learning (LMS). We encourage singular or consortium responses that address all aspects of the scope and delivery services as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The ERM Phase 1 nominated project delivery is anticipated between February 2026 and September 2027 (~ 19 months). What’s important to us? Police is looking for a partner (or partners as a consortium) with deep solution expertise, a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro WFM implementations, along with strong integration and project management capabilities. We expect respondents to have experience of comparable NZ public sector business needs, especially in terms of employee remuneration and the associated workforce management, of both a corporate and operational workforce. Respondents should provide a recognised delivery method and well-developed collaboration strategies to effectively manage and deploy the desired outcomes for Police.
