Summary
The scope of this requirement is for the provision of IM/IT professional services required to plan, organize, manage, design and implement an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The services to be provided by the Contractor under this Contract will be delivered on an “as-and-when-requested” basis as described in the SOW and includes the following work streams and categories of services: 1.
