Introduction SCOPE OF TENDER The scope of this assignment entails engaging a qualified communications/public relations firm to plan, produce, and deliver high-quality photography and videography outputs that document the CookFund Programme’s activities, beneficiaries, and results across selected regions in Tanzania. The firm will be responsible for developing an execution plan, conducting field missions, capturing professional photographs and video footage (including interviews, testimonials, and B-roll), and producing edited outputs such as impact videos, short social media clips, and human-interest photo essays. The assignment also includes post-production, ensuring compliance with UNCDF branding and ethical standards, obtaining consent from subjects, and delivering all finalized and raw materials along with a comprehensive report summarizing activities, outcomes, and lessons learned Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
