The tender process for choosing a contractor is ongoing. The form of contract with the contractor is FIDIC "Red Book". The local project management team is expected to lead the project throughout the entire construction phase, including handover. Some assistance can also occur during the claims period. The team will consist of the following roles: •Local project manager•Construction engineering construction manager (structural inspector)•Construction manager electro (electical inspector)•Construction manager HVAC (mechanical inspector)•Cost Manager The local project manager will also function as an Engineer, as defined in the FIDIC Red Book – Conditions of Contract for Construction, 2nd Edition 2017.
