El objeto del contrato consiste en el servicio de decoración y ambientación de espacios urbanos con motivo de la celebración de eventos festivos anuales, de conformidad con las prescripciones técnicas contenidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (PPT). Las prestaciones objeto del contrato han sido divididas en tres lotes según el tipo de ornamentación.
