Kohde rahoitetaan Valtion tukeman asuntorakentamisen keskuksen (Varke) myöntämällä erityisryhmien investointiavustuksen ja pitkän korkotuen rahoitustuotteella. Hanke suunnitellaan ja toteutetaan voimassa olevan asemakaavan mukaisena. Hankinta on ehdollinen Valtion tukeman asuntotuotannon keskuksen myönteisille rahoitus- ja avustuspäätöksille, lainvoimaiselle rakennusluvalle, sekä KAS asunnot Oy:n hallituksen myönteiselle hankepäätökselle
