Gesamtrevision Ortsplanung Hitzkirch: Selektives Dialog-Verfahren für das Ortsplanungs-Mandat

Summary

Der Auftrag umfasst die Gesamtrevision der Ortsplanung Hitzkirch mit Schwerpunkten Raumentwicklungskonzept, Umsetzung des kantonalen Planungs- und Baugesetzes (insbesondere die Einführung der Überbauungsziffer) und Siedlungsentwicklung nach innen. Darüber hinaus sollen der Erschliessungsrichtplan überarbeitet sowie gegebenenfalls ein Gesamtmobilitätskonzept und ein Freiraumkonzept erstellt werden. Des Weiteren ist die Integration der Ortsplanung Altwis in die Ortsplanung Hitzkirch vorzunehmen. Bei Bedarf sind Zusatzaufträge möglich, zum Beispiel für projektbezogene Planungen, die parallel zur Gesamtrevision abgewickelt werden. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The mandate includes the overall revision of the Hitzkirch spatial planning instruments, focussing on the spatial development concept ("Raumentwicklungskonzept"), implementation of the cantonal planning and building law (in particular the introduction of the footprint ratio ( "Überbauungsziffer")) and inward settlement development.
