Introduction Country: Jamaica Description of the Assignment: The Environmental Policy Specialist, under the guidance of the Project Lead, will lead the Policy and Institutional Review and provide initial inputs for developing the Biodiversity Finance Plan using the latest BIOFIN Workbook. The specialist will contribute to all national outputs, including stakeholder analysis for the Biodiversity Expenditure Review, summarizing key priorities for the Biodiversity Finance Plan, and providing feedback on the BIOFIN methodological framework. They will assess major biodiversity policies and finance solutions, particularly within the current NBSAP aligned to the Kunming‑Montreal GBF and produce drafts and analyses for review by the Project Lead, National Steering Committee, and BIOFIN Global Team. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 75 days of effort over 5 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
