Introduction Invitation to Bid Long-Term Agreement [LTA] for Provision of Conference Facilities, Hotel & Accommodation Services to UNDP and UN Agencies in Bangkok, Thailand Deadline of Bid-Submission : 10 April 2026 at 17.00 hrs. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)Bangkok Regional Hub hereby invites the hotels in Bangkok to participate in a competitive bidding process for the establishment of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for conference facilities, accommodation, and related services. The LTAs will cover the period from June 2026 to June 2029, supporting UNDP and other UN agencies that regularly conduct workshops, trainings, and conferences in Bangkok. The pre-bid conference was held via Zoom on 25 March 2026 at 10:00 hrs (Bangkok, Thailand). The minutes of the conference, along with the Q&A and supplementary documents including the Supplier Registration Manual and the Bid Submission Manual are attached herewith.
