ADDENDUM #1 / ADDENDA NO 1 Further to the above- mentioned Request for Proposal documentation previously forwarded; Addendum (#1) is hereby issued. ********************************************************************** OPTIONAL SITE VISIT Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on March 25, 2026 at 1:30 PM. It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Canadian Space Agency 6767 Route de l'Aéroport Longueuil, Quebec, J3Y 8Y9 Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Officer no later than March 24, 2026, 12:00 pm to confirm attendance and provide the following information: a. Business name b. Business address c. Business phone number d. Bidder’s representative name(s), with email address and phone number Bidders who do not confirm attendance and who do not provide the above information will not be allowed access to the site. No alternative appointment will be given to bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative. The representative of the bidder may be requested to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bidders who do not participate in the visit will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Bidders must note that all questions must be sent, by email, to the attention of the Contracting Officer. CSA delegate(s) on site are not authorized to take and/or respond to any questions received from potential bidders on site visits. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. ******************************************************************** PURPOSE The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) wishes to retain the services of a firm specialized in landscaping and landscape maintenance to carry out landscape maintenance work at the John H. Chapman Space Centre (JHCSC). DURATION OF THE WORK The Work is to be performed during the period of the contract awarded to March 31, 2028. Optional Period. The Contractor grants Canada the irrevocable option(s) to extend the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same terms and conditions and at the prices, rates, or both stated in the Contract.
