Phase 1 of the Programme (HUP1) is complete. Phase 2 (HUP2) has been approved to proceed and is structured into four tranches to enable a phased and strategic delivery approach. Design Services – Architectural and Landscape Design (Design Lead) This contract opportunity relates to Phase 2 of the Programme and covers Design Services (Architectural and Landscape Design – Design Lead) across five Tranche 3 sites, each requiring like for like upgrades. These sites have been bundled into a single procurement package; however, the Preferred Respondent will be engaged under separate contracts for each site to support strong budget management, programme control, and responsiveness to site specific requirements. Pre Condition This is a single step secondary procurement process limited to Providers appointed to the All of Government Construction Consultancy Services Panel, service category: Architecture and Design.
