Introduction Capacity Building for Water User Associations WUAs in Taiz and Lahj Phase II The selected consultancy firm, or institution (hereinafter “the Proposer”) shall, deliver, and monitor a sustainability focused capacity-building programme targeting WUAs including WWLGs in the four targeted district of Taiz and Lahj.
