Introduction ITB Construction of Fire Station in Municipality of Zeta The objective of this tender is to select a reliable and professionally qualified contractor capable of executing the construction works for the Fire Station in the Municipality of Zeta in a high-quality, timely manner and in full compliance with the approved project documentation. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved conceptual design, the revised main design, the applicable urban planning and technical conditions, and all relevant national regulations, standards, and procedures governing the execution of works for this type of public facility, with particular attention to social and environmental standards as set by UNDP. The construction of this public facility will enhance the system of protection and safety for the population, property, and economic activities within the municipality, and will address the existing lack of a fire brigade dedicated exclusively to serving the residents, farmers, and business entities of the Municipality of Zeta. The project also aims to contribute to the quality of the built environment, the functionality of communal infrastructure, and the sustainable development of the local community. Amendments have been made in Section 4: Evaluation Criteria, as follows: The minimum cumulative contract value required under the “Previous Experience” criterion has been revised from EUR 4,000,000 to EUR 3,600,000.
