The contractor shall provide non-personal services and furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, and materials, and any other items and services necessary to provide Chemical Latrines and Handwash Stations Services as specified in the PWS. Period of Performance is 13-28 April 2026 Services are required in multiple locations with varying quantities. See PWS Delivery Schedule for details.
