This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall perform onsite hearing and respirator fit testing. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and attached Statement of Work (SOW). CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance will require that services be performed within 30 days of award.
