Tender summary
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for supply and delivery of construction and grounds maintenance equipment in support of cemetery operations. The Government anticipates establishing three to five BPAs, The BPAs will be unpriced, and pricing will be determined at the order level.
