Industrial Fans Maintenance Contract

Requirement: The Government is requesting a preventative maintenance service contract for High-Volume Low-Speed (HVLS) industrial fans located within the 128th Aviation Brigade’s operational footprint at Fort Eustis, Virginia . This firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is being competed under NAICS Code 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 million and PSC code J041 as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This contract is set aside 100% for small businesses with no specific category preference. Quotes from all small business categories are welcome. The estimated period of performance (POP) is one (1) base year plus six (6) option years beginning from the time of award. Vendor questions and Government answers will be provided through an amendment to this solicitation. Any questions asked after the specified date and time for the questioning period may not be answered. Quotes: Quotes shall be provided in writing by email to Jolene A.
