The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC, 1 N. Broadway, Floor 15, Suite 1501, White Plains, NY 10601 for maintenance for the proprietary Oxford Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) for the Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.102(a).
