Overview VEH I CL E FOR SALE T he auction ID: 35-2026-SALE-UNDP-UNDSS The United Nations Development Programme in Tajikistan offers the following vehicles for sale through auction: MODEL YEAR MILAGE CHASSI TAG ENGINE CALLING PRICE LOT UNDSS NISSAN PATROL 4X4 2006 111158 JN1TCSY61Z0559603 / TVTSLEFY61NRAY104 2969 Diesel 4.8 46,835.00 TJS General information / Conditions and requirements Vehicle is in poor condition and needs some repairs ; Citizens of Tajikistan can participate in the auction only; The vehicle is not customs cleared and will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis, in its current condition, without any written or other guarantees; The vehicle is available for inspection at 39 Ayni street, Dushanbe; Date of inspection is from 09 to 13 March 2026; Payment must be made in Tajik Somoni in cash or via bank transfer before delivery; The successful bidder will be responsible for paying all taxes and duties connected with customs clearance, insurance and transportation; All i nterested persons and organizations should submit applications indicating the auction price in a sealed envelope to the UNDP Tajikistan, 39, Ayni street, Dushanbe, no later than 18 March 2026, 17:00 (local time); Late applications or open envelopes will not be considered; Applications must include the name and surname, mobile phone number, LOT number, model, year of manufacture, mileage, engine and offered price in local currency (Tajik Somoni), copy of national ID and proof of bank details; Each application must be signed; Only the official bid form is acceptable; Be sure to write “UNDP-BID” on the envelope with your completed bid form; Offers should be indicated in Tajik Somoni; The envelopes will be opened on 19 March 2026 at 10:00; Each bidder should place a bid security deposit to the UNDP bank account (the account is indicated below) in the amount of 5,000 Tajik Somoni guaranteeing his/her offer. This amount will be returned to all bidders whose offers are rejected. If the winning bidder withdraws his/her offer, the deposited amount will not be refunded. Offers submitted without a deposit slip from the bank will not be considered; Offers submitted without a bank receipt for the payment of the guaranteed fee will not be considered; The highest offered fare will win the auction; The UNDP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without a reason; Sold vehicle is not refundable or exchangeable; The transfer of equipment will be carried out only after the full auction price has been paid; Payment and receipt of vehicle must be made within 3 working days from the announcement date of the winner’s name; UNDP is not responsible for the repair or any other maintenance of the sold vehicles.
