Introduction SALE of Used MCD-5030A X-Ray Baggage Scanner and Walk Through Metal Detector The United Nations Development Programme in Libya is hereby inviting bids for the sale of used one set of MCD-5030A X-Ray Baggage Scanner and Walk Through Metal Detector through a competitive bidding process. The equipment is currently located in Tunis city, Tunisia and will be sold on “as is/where is” basis and without recourse or warranties of any kind. Bids will be subject to the following procedures: 1.  The items are stored at Tunis city, Tunisia and can be inspected between 08:30 - 14:00 hrs Tunis time on Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 and 11 March 2026 (For inspection and clarification, please contact Mrs. Afraa Fdhil at afraa.fdhil1@undp.org ) 2.  Bids (Annex 2: Offer Submission Form) must be submitted electronically via Quantum portal and must be received no later than 17 March 2026 by 12:00 p.m hours Tripoli time, Libya. 3.   All Bids received after the bid closing date and time given above will not be accepted/considered. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
